I can't believe we are coming up for One year old! What a fast year it has been.
It's the strangest feeling, it feels like the opening was so long ago and yet I can't believe we have had (almost) 365 Days Of The Source Clinic!
It's been a learning curve and I have been so lucky to have people around me who can help, or who I can ask questions to when I am not so sure what the right thing to do is. I know skin, and I know treatments, technology and ingredients but accounting and marketing plans are not my strong points!
I have rediscovered my love for doing treatments and seeing my clients, I have always enjoyed my job but didn't actually realise how much I missed being in a treatment room myself.
Elle started with me in May and has been fantastic in helping me build the business. Our clients love her, she's a massive help with blogs and social media and generally keeping everyone amused around the clinic! As well as obviously helping keep my skin in check, especially with my wedding prep (more to follow on that if you want to keep up to date with what I've been doing!).
Our treatments give fantastic results and we love being able to advise our clients on what is best for their skin and knowing they will see the benefit. We are lucky to work with some great brands including AlumierMD, Lynton Lasers, Hydrafacial, Harpar Grace, IIAA & FlexiSkin. They all help with regular trainings and updates, and have been incredibly supportive to our new business.
We are also looking at adding in some new treatments in the next 12 months!
I am most grateful for the support over the last 12 months - my family and friends who have helped me get to this point, and for putting up with me! And of course our wonderful clients who make everything worthwhile; you have made the last few weeks easier to deal with, the supportive messages, the product & gift voucher purchases and the ongoing memberships. I can't tell you how much it means, both throughout the 12 months and into these tricky times! Elle and I both miss you and the clinic so much and we can't wait to get back!!
We were planning a celebration, but it is on hold just now.... once we can get back to normal, it's gonna be one helluva party!!
