What's on at The Source this month....
And just like that it's May!... Hopefully the weather will catch up soon and we will finally be able to put our winter wardrobe away and enjoy some warmth and sunshine.
Thanks for your patience if you have been booking appointments recently as I know some are having to book further ahead as it's been quite busy. If you haven't managed to get booked in don't hesitate to drop us an email and we can let you know if any cancellations come up.
It looks like our evening and weekend slots are booking up about 7 weeks in advance. If you are looking to get booked in you can do that online using the link below or phone or email and we can organise that for you. Carrie will also be around on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays if you need to pop in.
That is me now on my Maternity leave however you may still see me around the clinic over the next week or two :) I had a lovely day in the clinic last week with the team spoiling me with presents and cupcakes. Knowing me I'll not be away for long however you will be in very safe hands with Chloe, Karen and Carrie looking after you all.
I'll keep the girls updated on how I'm doing and will look forward to seeing you all when I return later this year.
Here's our May update.

Treatment Focus: ReModel Radiofrequency
We have been seeing some great results recently with our ReModel Radio Frequency treatment on it's own or as a booster for tightening and lifting the skin.
Over time the reduction of collagen in our skin leads to a loss of firmness and elasticity around the eyes and jawline – these are normally the first areas we notice.
Using Radio-Frequency micro vibrations to create heat within the skin tissue, stimulating cell production creating new collagen and elastin as well as repairing what is already there. This strengthens the dermal tissue leading to a tightening and lifting of the skin.

From our early 20's we lose 1% of collagen every year, which as we reach mid 30's-40's onwards we start to notice as a loss of elasticity , more visible pores and fine lines and wrinkles.
ReModel works to tighten and lift the skin while giving a glow. Clients can experience a warmth in the skin during the treatment however most find it very relaxing. For best and long lasting results we recommend a course of 6 but we also love it alongside our peels and HydraFacials as a boost for a special event or occasion.
If you would like more information on how ReModel could work for you don' hesitate to get in touch:

Bespoke treatments
Do you have a special occasion that you are prepping for? Do you ever find it hard to figure out what treatments would work best for you?
Quite often it won't just be one type of treatment, we often see the best results when combining treatments for our clients.
Keep an eye out later this month on our Blog on Bespoke treatments. In the meantime book in for a consultation and let us take it from there.
Ever Active C+E Serum
This has been one of our clients favourite serums over the last few months, if you know-you know!
Vitamin C is one of the most important steps in a skincare routine for redness, sun damage and anti-ageing.
AlumierMD's EverActive C+E is one of the best forms of Vitamin C on the market, it is packaged so it is only activated when you open the product. The Vitamin C crystals are kept separate in a unique cap and only mixed into the bottle of serum when you are ready to use it. The kit contains 3 bottles so you are only ever using the most effective form on your skin.
What does it do?
AlumierMD use the only bio available form of vitamin C; L'Ascorbic Acid, a potent antioxidant to brighten and even the skin tone and promote collagen production. It also contains Vitamin E to moisturise and make the Vitamin C work harder and Matrixyl Synthe 6 to strengthen the skin and improve elasticity.
This can be used ALL year round especially when you are in the sun
Best used in the morning, add this in with retinol to your skincare routine for the ultimate duo.
Keep an eye out for more information to come on our Blog this month on Vitamin C and other targeted serums.
